It’s up to individuals to decide how and when they want to be involved. You can get involved in a way that suits you.
LINks are designed to be as open and accessible as possible, so we have developed a range of ways to get involved.
Regardless of your age, background or situation, the LINk wants to hear from you. There are lots of different ways you can do this. You can talk to someone, attend a meeting or fill in a questionnaire / or have your say on our interactive blog

How will it make a difference?
Each LINk has powers to:
-
ask health and social care commissioners for information about their services and expect a response
-
make recommendations and expect an response from commissioners
-
refer matters to the council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee
-
enter specific services and view the care provided
The LINk can make recommendations so that things can
change for the better.

What is a blog?
Blog is short for weblog. Many organisations use this as a means of members to stay in touch, report back information of importance to the organisation and raise new topics for discussion.
A blog can be used by everyone and you do not need to be a computer wizard to use it. If you are new to all this why not follow this link to our blog and see what it is like. |
